Terms & Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all enquiries, quotations, sales, hire, installation, and related services provided by VIC Hoardings Pty Ltd (“VIC Hoardings”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

• By submitting a quote request (online, by phone, or by email), or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided by you. Final pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the original enquiry.

• Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.

• An order is confirmed only once VIC Hoardings has received written acceptance of the quote and/or deposit (if applicable).

• A deposit of 50% may be required before work commences. Balance is payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments must be made by the due date on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@vic-hoardings.com.au

• If work has already commenced, you may be charged for labour, materials, and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

• Changes to scope may affect pricing and completion timelines.

• The client must ensure safe, clear, and lawful access to the site.

• Any required permits, council approvals, or third-party permissions are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

• VIC Hoardings is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate site information provided by the client.

• If purchased, the title of goods (including hoarding materials) does not pass to the client until full payment has been received.

• Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery or installation.

• If goods are hired rather than purchased, they remain the property of VIC Hoardings and must be returned in the same condition, subject to fair wear and tear.

• We deliver services with due care and skill.

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Damage caused by client-supplied instructions, designs, or approvals

  • Delays outside our control (e.g. weather, supply chain issues)

• VIC Hoardings installs and supplies hoarding systems manufactured by TITAN Hoardings™.

• All TITAN Hoardings products are engineered and certified by the manufacturer.

• VIC Hoardings is responsible for the safe installation and handling of these systems but is not liable for any defects, faults, or failures in the manufacturer’s product.

• Any warranties, certifications, or guarantees relating to the TITAN Hoardings system itself are provided directly by TITAN Hoardings.

• Our liability is otherwise limited to resupplying the service or refunding amounts paid.

• Designs, concepts, images, and documentation created by VIC Hoardings remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

• You may not reproduce, modify, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

• VIC Hoardings is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, accidents, government restrictions).

• In the event of a dispute, both parties must first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation.

• If unresolved, either party may seek resolution through the courts of Victoria, Australia.

• VIC Hoardings collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to such collection and use.
